Dr. Payam Tehrani has been a Medical Director of Skilled Nursing Facilities and was on multiple UR panels, he has had the opportunity to understand the concerns and challenges that nursing home administration faces and our wound care providers go through extensive training understanding the fundamental nursing home daily challenges and help coordinate and resolve these issues.
With SNF Wound Care providers expertise, we will help avoid Federal and State Survey fines and are present during survey. We make ourselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since we understand patient care can be urgent.

Our team of Wound Care Specialist visit Skilled Nursing Facility partners on a weekly basis to assess wounds and perform bedside surgical procedures including bedside debridement, superficial abscess drainage, G-tube/Supra-pubic replacement, and rash or dermatologic evaluation. We care for all non-healing wounds within Skilled Nursing Facilities.
